Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your IrelandRally gear. Each item is made to order just for you, but if something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to fix it.

⚠️ Made to Order = No Standard Returns

Since all our products are printed on demand (no stock, no warehouses), we can’t accept returns for size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Please double-check sizing and product details before ordering. We include size guides and clear product descriptions on each page to help you choose confidently.

🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Item?

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective — no worries. We'll replace it or issue a refund.

To request a replacement or refund:

1. Email support@irelandrally.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We’ll review your request and get back to you quickly with a solution.

📦 Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we can’t offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or want a different design, we recommend placing a new order once your refund (if applicable) is confirmed.

🕒 Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process it.
