Order Fulfillment

All our products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner. This means each item is created especially for you once you place an order.

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and production before shipment.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Shipping Times

After production, estimated shipping times are:

  • Ireland & UK: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can vary due to factors such as location, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items ordered.

We strive to keep shipping costs fair while ensuring reliable, trackable delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers outside of Ireland may be responsible for customs and import taxes.
Ireland Rally is not responsible for delays due to customs or additional charges incurred.

Wrong Address

It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct.
If you realize an error, please contact us as soon as possible at support@irelandrally.com.
We cannot guarantee changes after an order has gone into production or been shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us at support@irelandrally.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll work with our production and shipping partners to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Additional Information

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size or change of mind.
