Ireland Rally Returns & Refunds Policy
At Ireland Rally, we create products just for you, printed on demand.
As a result, we only accept returns or refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item
Once we verify the problem, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
Because each item is custom-made when you order it, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Buyer’s remorse (you changed your mind)

Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
Please double-check size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
🛠 Lost, Delayed, or Missing Orders
All orders are tracked. If you haven't received your package:

Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

Contact your local post office or delivery service if marked "delivered" but not received

If tracking shows no movement or delivery issues, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll help resolve it.
Please note: If tracking shows "Delivered," but you did not receive it, replacements may not be covered.
📬 Incorrect Address
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

The package will be returned to our facility.

We can reship the order at your request, but you’ll be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Always double-check your address before submitting your order!
🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Returned items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
However, this cooling-off period does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items — most Ireland Rally items fall into this category.
💳 Refunds
Once we’ve approved a return or confirmed a lost order, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed after your refund was approved, please contact us at support@irelandrally.com.
